Next Level Senior Advisors helps families navigate senior care decisions with trusted, personalized guidance. We are seeking relationship-driven professionals to serve as independent Senior Living Advisors in their local communities.

At Next Level, Advisors operate as 1099 independent contractors while leveraging a respected brand, proven systems, training, and ongoing support designed to help them grow.

  • Guide families through senior living and senior care options
  • Build relationships with local referral partners and community professionals
  • Develop and manage your own pipeline of families and referrals
  • Match and place seniors with the right care options based on needs, preferences, and budget

Compensation & Structure

  • 1099 Independent Contractor role

While not guaranteed, most Advisors who have been with Next Level for over one year earn $100,000+ annually in commissions, depending on territory development and placement activity.

Work Location

Remote, with a strong local presence in your local area. Additionally, an Advisor role requires in-person networking, meetings, community tours, and local market relationship development.

Pay: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):

  • Are you legally authorized to work for any employer in the US?
  • Will you now or in the future require employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship?
  • Do you have at least 2 years of experience in senior living sales, outreach, community relations, or a closely related role? (preferred but not required)
  • Do you currently live in, have strong ties to, or are originally from this area and want to build a local business there? (Relocation assistance is not offered.)
  • Do you have the ability and interest in attending and participating in regular and local in-person networking, meetings, and community tours?
  • Are you comfortable and able to work on a self-directed, performance-based 1099 independent contractor basis, focusing on relationship-building?
  • Next Level Senior Advisors conducts background check on all Advisors, and candidates must be comfortable with this part of the process. Do you agree to this part of the recruiting process?
  • Do you have familiarity with Assisted Living and Memory Care environments and a general understanding of the senior living industry. (Preferred but not required)
  • Do you have at least 2 years of experience in community engagement, sales, or marketing backgrounds in roles and industries as mentioned in this job ad?
