- Education : B.E / B.Tech , PHD with an MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
- Experience : 4–7+ years of experience in global logistics, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of managing complex international networks.
- Problem-Solving Expertise : Strong command of structured problem-solving techniques (Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, or A3 thinking) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Data Visualization : Expert-level skills in Power BI or Tableau for creating executive-level analytics.
- Automation : Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- AI Curiosity: Familiarity with how AI/Machine Learning can be applied to supply chain forecasting and logistics optimization.
