Senior Logistics Coordinator

Designation: Sr. Logistics Coordinator

Experience: - 3- 5 years

Salary: - 3 to 4 L/A

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and delivery
• Schedule shipments and track deliveries to ensure on-time fulfilment
• Close coordination with plant dispatch team and suggest provider.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documents.
• Monitor inventory movement and update records
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, shortages, or damages promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular status updates and reports to reporting officer.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation/Post Graduations in any stream
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
