Senior Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

The Export Senior Logistics Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all export logistics operations, ensuring timely shipment of goods, documentation accuracy, compliance with international trade regulations, and smooth coordination between internal departments, freight forwarders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor all export shipments from start to end.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain all export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Form A, etc.).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Handle LC (Letter of Credit) and non-LC shipments, ensuring adherence to payment and documentation terms.
• Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on delivery schedules.
• Maintain shipment records and prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams for shipment planning and documentation.
• Handle insurance claims or any discrepancies related to exports.
• Ensure cost optimization in logistics operations without compromising quality and timelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Good understanding of INCOTERMS, LC documentation, and international shipping practices.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP/Zimyo/other logistics tools preferred).
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in export logistics operations.
• Experience in dealing with international clients and logistics partners is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
