Senior Logistics Manager

About the Role:
Polo Spedizioni Shipping and Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced and organized Senior Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations in Muscat, Oman. This role focuses on managing transportation, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth movement of goods across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Operations: Oversee transportation, distribution, and delivery activities
• Process Improvement: Support improvements in logistics workflows and efficiency
• Vendor Coordination: Work with shipping partners and service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Inventory and Distribution: Monitor movement of goods and ensure timely delivery
• Performance Tracking: Track logistics performance and support improvements
• Team Coordination: Work with internal teams to support daily logistics activities

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
• Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of logistics and transportation processes
• Leadership: Ability to manage operations and support team performance
