Operations Manager – Courier & Express Services

ASL Express is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily courier and express operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient logistics, high service quality, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of courier and express services
• Oversee logistics, routing, and delivery performance
• Lead and supervise operations staff and drivers
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service level targets are met
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Handle client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in courier and express companies
• Proven experience in operations management or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of logistics systems and operational processes
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fleet management and route optimization
• Familiarity with logistics software and tracking systems
