Senior M&A Lawyer

We are looking for a Senior M&A Lawyer to be assigned at our headquarters in Ataşehir;

• Law degree
• 7-8 years of legal experience in M&A field from Law Firms
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work strict deadlines in demanding environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• No travel restrictions

Job Description

• Reporting to Board Member responsible for M&A transactions, business development and overseas investments
• Carry out merger and acquisition transactions abroad in coordination with law firms in the relevant jurisdictions
• Supervise commercial and corporate law affairs of the Holding's foreign subsidiaries including carrying out company incorporation and liquidation procedures, preparing intra group loan agreements, reviewing shareholder and share transfer agreements and revising them in line with the dynamics of the group
