Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Experience | 3 to 5 Years

We are seeking a ML Engineer with over 3 years of proven experience, ideally working with service-based clients. The candidate should have a strong focus on machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), computer vision (CV), and natural language processing (NLP), while also possessing solid data analysis and statistical modeling skills. The successful applicant will play a key role in driving data-driven insights and contributing to the development of innovative ML solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with service-based clients to understand their business challenges and provide ML-driven recommendations.

· Perform data extraction, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure data quality.

· Develop and implement advanced ML algorithms and models, including DL techniques in CV and NLP.

· Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

· Apply statistical modeling and hypothesis testing to inform ML model development.

· Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data science and ML solutions into business processes.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in ML, DL, CV, NLP, and data science.

· Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or Computer Science.

· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data science roles, preferably in service-based or consulting environments.

· Strong proficiency in Python or R and experience with ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

· Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, including regression models, decision trees, clustering, deep learning, CV, and NLP techniques.

· Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

· Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy.

· Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
