Senior Machine Learning Engineer

At DiveDeepAI, we are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Islamabad. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art AI models, bridging the gap between research and production.
What You will do
You will be the technical anchor for our AI projects, ensuring we deliver robust and innovative solutions.

• Innovate & Architect: Continuously research and implement cutting-edge AI techniques (LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP) to enhance product innovation.
• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Optimize for Scale: Write production-grade Python code and optimize model performance using TensorFlow/PyTorch within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Full Stack, Mobile, DevOps) to integrate AI into web and mobile platforms.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Cloud Native: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Modern AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs (LangChain, LlamaIndex), or RAG pipelines is a huge plus.
• Engineering Mindset: You understand that a model is only as good as its deployment. You care about latency, scalability, and MLOps best practices.
• Problem Solver: A self-starter mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
