Senior Maintenance Engineer

- Leading the planning, execution, and supervision of MEP maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, to ensure the reliability and performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Conducting regular inspections and performance assessments of MEP systems to identify maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and develop maintenance plans and schedules.

- Providing technical guidance and expertise on MEP systems, equipment, and components to support maintenance operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Collaborating with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to address maintenance challenges, resolve issues, and implement innovative solutions for optimizing MEP system performance and energy efficiency.

- Utilizing diagnostic tools, equipment, and techniques to troubleshoot MEP system failures, malfunctions, and performance issues, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality and prevent recurrence.

- Analyzing data, trends, and performance metrics related to MEP systems to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and energy conservation.

- Coordinating with Senior Maintenance Manager, maintenance teams, and concerned persons to plan and execute MEP maintenance projects, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans, and oversee the implementation and quality assurance of project deliverables.

- Maintaining accurate records of MEP maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and performance assessments for tracking and reporting purposes.

Generating reports, analysis, and recommendations related to MEP system performance, maintenance costs, and lifecycle management to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.


Requirements

• Education: BSc / BA in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Experience: Min 3 years of experience in facility management, property management, real estate, or hospitality, with a focus on MEP maintenance.
  
• Training & Certification: N/A.
  
• Skills: Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. – Presentation skills.
