Key Responsibilities

Transformation Strategy
Lead digital transformation initiatives including process optimization, operating model redesign, and technology adoption strategies

Client Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and guiding decision making

Program Delivery
Manage end to end project delivery ensuring timelines, quality, and measurable outcomes are achieved

Business Analysis
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities using data analysis, benchmarking, and industry best practices

Change Management
Support organizations through change by developing communication plans, training programs, and adoption strategies

Team Leadership
Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and ensure high quality output across projects

What We Are Looking For

Experience
6 plus years in management consulting, digital transformation, or business strategy roles

Industry Exposure
Experience working with enterprise clients in sectors such as government, finance, telecom, or large scale services

Technical Understanding
Strong understanding of digital platforms, enterprise systems, and process automation

Communication Skills
Ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive level stakeholders

Education
Bachelor degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field. MBA is an advantage

Mindset
Structured thinker with a problem solving approach and the ability to balance strategy with execution
