Role Overview
: Senior Manager for Technology Presales with 10+ years in technology, including 5+ years of experience in presales and solution design for global clients.
Key Responsibilities

Lead presales activities for
CCaaS, EUC, Managed Services, Cloud Services, Network Management, Voice & Telephony, and Technical Transitions

Manage the
RFX/RFP process
, including solution creation and client engagement.

Develop
High-Level Designs (HLD)

Low-Level Designs (LLD)
, and
Bill of Materials (BOM)
for complex technical solutions.

Deliver
client presentations
and drive solution discussions, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Create and manage
presentation materials
, including
Visio diagrams
and
project management plans
.

Manage
risk identification and mitigation
, ensuring that client requirements and timelines are met.

Oversee
project management
activities related to presales solutions.

Ensure smooth
technical transitions
from presales to implementation teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on
solution design and delivery

Required Qualifications
