Job Title: Sr. Manager (Pre Sales Solutioning)

Location: Noida

Mode of work: Hybrid

Shift: UK Shift (12 PM - 9 PM)


Role Overview : Senior Manager for Technology Presales with 10+ years in technology, including 5+ years of experience in presales and solution design for global clients.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead presales activities for CCaaS, EUC, Managed Services, Cloud Services, Network Management, Voice & Telephony, and Technical Transitions .
  • Manage the RFX/RFP process , including solution creation and client engagement.
  • Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) , Low-Level Designs (LLD) , and Bill of Materials (BOM) for complex technical solutions.
  • Deliver client presentations and drive solution discussions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create and manage presentation materials , including Visio diagrams and project management plans .
  • Manage risk identification and mitigation , ensuring that client requirements and timelines are met.
  • Oversee project management activities related to presales solutions.
  • Ensure smooth technical transitions from presales to implementation teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on solution design and delivery .
  • Foster a team player mentality, working seamlessly with other teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong focus on global clients, especially in the US and Europe markets .
  • Demonstrate expertise in Data and AI-led solutions , including Conversational AI, Fraud Management, Integration , and Omni-Channel Customer Experience platforms.
  • Work on AI-driven solutions for improving customer engagement , data analytics , and automation across platforms and channels.
  • Create and manage Technology Pricing Sheets for shared and dedicated setups , as well as Greenfield projects , ensuring competitive and accurate pricing models.


Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in the technology industry , with 5+ years in presales and solution design.
  • Proven track record in managing complex solutions and presales cycles in global markets.
  • Expertise in technical solutioning , including HLD/LLD/BOM and RFX/RFP responses .
  • Strong knowledge of Data and AI-driven technologies , particularly in Conversational AI , Fraud Management , and Omni-Channel solutions.
  • Experience in creating and managing Technology Pricing Sheets for different project models (shared, dedicated, Greenfield).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for client-facing interactions and internal team collaboration.
  • Proficient in Visio and presentation creation , including project management plans .
  • Experience in integrating emerging technologies to drive customer experience and operational efficiencies .
