About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PPP Senior Manager/Director to join our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects. This role involves working closely with central/state government clients, managing PPP transactions end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable, bankable project structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
• Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
• Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
• Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (Finance) or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
• Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
