Qualifications & Experience:
- B-Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute.
- At least 8+ years of experience in AC Side Engineering of Solar Plants.
Job Description:
- In-depth knowledge of AC side engineering for solar plants, from solar field design to the evacuation system.
- Preparation of technical specifications and evaluation of technical bids for power transformers (up to 400 KV class) and inverter duty transformers of various sizes and ratings.
- Responsible for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of transformer packages at vendor works with end-to-end coordination.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing solar plant earthing and lightning protection systems, including earthing and lightning calculations, as well as switchyard earthing calculations.
- Preparation of layouts for switchyard earthing, plant earthing, lightning protection, illumination systems, and inverter stations.
- Willing to visit factories for inspections and conduct site visits to ensure the proper execution of the AC side engineering work on-site.
