Senior Manager, AR

Drive financial accuracy, revenue integrity, and receivables performance across a high-volume corporate environment. This role leads Accounts Receivable and Revenue Assurance with full ownership of reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.

Senior Manager - Receivables (Emiratizaion) Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end AR operations including reconciliations, ageing, DSO reporting, and provisions
• Ensure accurate month-end/year-end closure and IFRS-compliant revenue recognition
• Lead internal, external, and government audit coordination
• Drive collections strategy, dispute resolution, and cross-functional finance alignment
• Improve processes and support finance systems enhancements (Oracle environment)

Requirements:

• 8-10 years' finance experience within MNC / Government / semi-government organizations
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS, FTA regulations, and financial accounting standards
• Exposure to leasing business models preferred
• Finance-related Bachelor's Degree (Master's or professional finance qualification advantageous)
• Arabic mandatory only.
