Role Summary

The Sales Manager – Higher Education will be responsible for driving institutional sales growth across universities, colleges, research centers, and government education entities. The role involves consultative solution selling of lab setups, robotics and AI training platforms, and academic research systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full institutional sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university leadership, deans, department heads, and procurement teams.
  • Identify tender opportunities and manage RFP/RFQ submissions.
  • Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal technical teams.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to academic stakeholders.
  • Represent EdNex at educational exhibitions, conferences, and government briefings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting through CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations for smooth order execution and project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field).
  • 6–10 years of experience in institutional or higher education sales.
  • Strong exposure to educational lab solutions, robotics training platforms, AI/IoT systems, or engineering education equipment.
  • Experience handling government tenders and large institutional procurement cycles.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
