Senior Manager - Audit and Advisory

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager. - Audit and advisory to lead audit engagements, manage client portfolios independently, and supervise accounting teams. The ideal candidate must be a CA Qualified professional with strong audit exposure, leadership capabilities, and proven client-handling experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

- CA Qualified – Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)

- Minimum 8–15+ years of experience in a reputable CA firm

- Strong audit experience (external/statutory audits mandatory)

- Proven track record of independently handling clients

- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage statutory and external audit engagements

- Review audit working papers and ensure quality standards

- Coordinate with clients for audit planning and execution

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards

- Present audit findings and recommendations to management

- Independently manage a portfolio of clients

- Act as the primary contact for client communication

- Provide advisory support on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters

- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients

- Supervise and mentor audit and accounts teams

- Allocate assignments and ensure timely completion

- Review team members’ work and provide constructive feedback

- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements

- Ensure compliance with corporate and tax regulations

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong technical grip on IFRS, IASs, local tax laws, and audit standards

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple engagements under strict deadlines
