Senior Manager – Business Operations (Global Advisory) will act as the key coordination and operational partner to the Global Advisory leadership team. The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations including financial coordination, governance, global alignment, training, town hall management, and knowledge sharing platforms.


This position requires a strategic operator with excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, ideally with prior experience in a Big 4 or global consulting/advisory environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Operations & Coordination

  • Support the Global Advisory leadership team in day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth coordination between regional and global functions.
  • Manage operational governance, including business planning, KPI tracking, and performance updates.
  • Act as the liaison between Global Advisory, Finance, HR, and Communications teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and deadlines.

Financial & Budget Oversight

  • Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of the annual advisory budget, headcount plans, and operational expenditures.
  • Support in variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting to ensure effective cost management.
  • Partner with finance teams to ensure transparency and accuracy in cost allocations and budget submissions.

Communications & Engagement

  • Organize and manage Global Advisory Town Halls, leadership updates, and internal communications in partnership with corporate communications.
  • Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations, executive briefing decks, and talking points for senior leadership and global meetings.
  • Support executive messaging, presentation decks, and leadership briefings.
  • Drive consistency of tone and content across global advisory messages and initiatives.

Training & Development Coordination

  • Partner with HR and Learning teams to plan and deliver Advisory capability development and training sessions.
  • Track training attendance, impact metrics, and continuous improvement feedback.
  • Coordinate onboarding and knowledge sharing for new hires within the Advisory function.

Governance & SharePoint Management

  • Manage and maintain the Global Advisory SharePoint , ensuring it remains an accurate and up-to-date repository of reports, dashboards, communications, and best practices.
  • Establish governance processes for document versioning, approvals, and content lifecycle.

Global Collaboration & Reporting

  • Support the Global Advisory coordination group , ensuring alignment across regions on key priorities and initiatives.
  • Prepare executive summaries, progress trackers, and dashboards for senior leadership and global steering committees.
  • Facilitate time zone coordination and knowledge exchange across global teams.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a consulting or Big 4 environment (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
  • Proven experience in business operations, project management, or PMO functions.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, governance, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging at executive levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint / Power BI platforms.

  • Familiarity with professional services governance, operational reporting, and training coordination.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems (Oracle, Workday, or SAP) is a plus.
