We are seeking a Pune-based delivery leader to oversee digital marketing execution, drive client satisfaction, and strengthen delivery operations across Paid Media, SEO, Content, and Social verticals. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in fast-paced agency environments and is experienced in managing US-based clients and cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

1.Team Leadership & Performance Oversight:
Manage SEO, Paid Media, Content, Social, and Ops teams with a focus on execution quality and delivery timelines.
Conduct weekly reviews, monitor performance, and ensure clear accountability.
Set and maintain high standards for internal collaboration, ownership, and execution.

2.Client Success & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.
Join or supervise key client strategy and performance review calls (both India and US time zones).
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction (targeting 90%+ CSAT), retention, and value delivery.

3.Operational Excellence:
Develop and enforce SOPs across all service lines to ensure standardization and quality.
Identify performance bottlenecks and restructure teams or processes when necessary.
Streamline pitch decks, commercials, and onboarding procedures for consistency and speed.

4.Strategic Growth & Business Support:
Collaborate with functional leads to evolve service offerings (Paid, SEO, Content, ORM ,etc.).
Provide insights into account-level profitability, team utilization, and resourcing needs.


Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in a digital marketing agency with strong exposure to delivery and client servicing.
  • Proven experience working with international clients, particularly in the US market.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels and service delivery operations.
  • Proficiency in project and task management tools (Teamwork, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
