Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

:

• Ensure operational support to the credit card Issuing and merchant acquiring business segments as per agreed PPM,SOP, SLAs, Process & business plan.
• To enhance Operation efficiency by enhancing system’s features and move to automation by reducing manual processes to Absorption of growing business volume with available resources.
• Ensure that all GL/PL and Sundry accounts of relative Business are 100% reconciled without any operational loss through automation and exception reports.
• Cost reduction/rationalization through optimum utilization of available human resources through on-job trainings, use of technology & process streamlining.
• Guide and motivate teams to achieve productivity and organization goals.
• Responsible to ensure maximum utilization and upscaling of the Card, Merchant and core banking System features &functionality with respect to product, reports, MIS and user experience resulting reduction in transactional process ingtime.
• To identify operational & financial risks and gaps in systems& internal controls to address fraudulent activities & financial losses.
• Financial settlements and reconciliations with Payment Schemes for Credit Card – Issuing & Merchant Acquiring
• Credit Card customer’s payment execution and reconciliation.
• Payment to BOP Merchant’s for international & domestic card utilization.
• Financial (Item Processing) & non-financial (demographic) maintenance of credit card holders & merchants.
• Credit Cards Mail Management Unit.
• Support for implementation of new business initiatives.
• Team building, employee engagement and contribution to create congenial environment at work place.
• Conflict management, grievance handling and resolution at work place.
• Good knowledge of charge cards and prepaid cards lifecycles.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of April 27, 2026.
