We are exclusively partnering with a leading client in the digital streaming space to appoint a high-impact Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for their rapidly scaling business in Karachi.

This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned finance executive ready to take full ownership of financial strategy, capital planning, investor relations, and enterprise growth acceleration in a dynamic, high-growth tech-driven environment.

The selected leader will work closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to drive long-term value creation, financial discipline, and scalable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial strategy and planning
• Drive fundraising, investor relations, and capital structure optimization
• Oversee M&A activities and strategic financial transactions
• Manage multi-entity financial operations and reporting
• Partner with leadership to support business scaling and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Age: Under 40 years
• Strong background in tech-driven, fast-growth environments only
• Proven expertise in capital markets, fundraising, M&A, and strategic financial leadership
