Responsibilities

Strategic CSR Planning

Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and long-term goals.
Identify key social, environmental, and economic areas where the company can make a positive impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (employees, customers, NGOs, government bodies).
Facilitate partnerships with community organizations and ensure stakeholder feedback is considered in CSR initiatives.

Program Development & Execution

Design and manage CSR programs related to sustainability, philanthropy, community development, and ethical business practices.
Coordinate volunteer efforts and charity initiatives within the organization.

Monitoring & Reporting

Measure and report the impact of CSR activities using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare sustainability and CSR reports for internal leadership and public disclosure.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure CSR activities comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Stay updated on evolving CSR trends and regulatory changes.

Internal Culture Building

Promote a culture of responsibility and sustainability within the organization.
Engage employees through awareness campaigns, training, and participation in CSR activities.

External Representation

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Identify new opportunities for CSR innovation.
Benchmark against industry best practices and continuously improve CSR strategies.

Qualifications

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any of the following - Business Administration, Public Relation, Social Science.
Preferable: MBA in Corporate Governance or Sustainability or CSR related disciplines.
Experience: 12 to 15 Yrs in large infra projects.
