ROLE OBJECTIVE
Senior Manager, Demand & Product Marketing leads ODP’s marketing strategy to generate demand, strengthen product positioning, and enable sales effectiveness. This role owns the go-to-market (GTM) planning across all business lines (data centre, cloud, cybersecurity, system integration, managed services). The Senior Manager ensures alignment between marketing, product, and sales teams, while delivering high-impact campaigns and measurable pipeline contribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing & Planning

Define annual demand generation & product marketing strategy aligned with sales & revenue target

Build marketing roadmaps for product/service launches, including messaging, positioning, and competitive benchmarking.

Translate business priorities into integrated campaign calendars and measurable KPIs.

Allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and measurable returns
Lead Generation

Define and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy covering inbound and outbound programs.

Own the sales funnel, ensuring smooth lead handoff and follow-up with Sales.

Implement lead scoring models to qualify leads based on engagement and buying signals.

Drive inbound lead generation through SEO/SEM, content syndication, digital ads, and thought leadership.

Oversee outbound prospecting campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, targeted account engagement).

Launch and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise clients and public sector accounts.

Collaborate with sales to run joint prospecting cadences and pipeline acceleration campaigns.

Track cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates, continuously optimising performance.
Demand Generation & Campaign Management

Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partner co-marketing) to drive qualified leads, in coordination with Onetech’s branding and communications team.

Develop lead scoring models and nurture programs to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with sales leadership to align demand programs with pipeline & sales targets.

Ensure consistent measurement of campaign impact across awareness, engagement, & revenue metrics.
Product Marketing & GTM Enablement

Own product positioning, differentiation, and value proposition across all ODP solutions.

Lead GTM planning for new services, ensuring readiness of content, pricing guides, sales collateral, and FAQs.

Ensure sales enablement content (solution briefs, datasheets, case studies, battle cards, FAQs) is up-to-date and relevant.

Conduct ongoing competitor/market intelligence and feed insights into pricing, solution design, and sales plays.
Team Leadership & Development

Supervise and mentor Senior and Junior Specialists, allocating responsibilities & setting clear KPIs.

Develop team capabilities in campaign execution, analytics, and ICT product knowledge.

Build a high-performing marketing function, with clear processes for campaign execution and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

Act as marketing’s primary interface with Sales, Product, and Delivery functions.

Support executive leadership with board-level reporting on marketing performance and ROI.

Ensure compliance with ODP’s governance processes and public sector marketing norms in Oman.

Report campaign ROI, lead pipeline contribution, and market intelligence to CSMO and senior leadership.

Maintain audit-ready marketing records, dashboards, and campaign data.
-
Adhere to ODP governance frameworks, marketing policies, and public-sector compliance requirements in Oman.

Ensure adherence to approved branding guidelines and marketing DOA.
