Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager - Design (Architecture) to join our Sports Business Unit. This pivotal role involves leading the architectural design efforts for world-class sports facilities that align with Qiddiya's vision to create a premier entertainment and sports destination. You will oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that meet international standards.
Key Responsibilities

To provide architectural design management on the sports assets working closely with the Development Lead, Senior Director of Design, Project Design Director and the LDC's and their sub-consultants.
- To ensure coordination of the design and engineering with all disciplines.

To closely work with the development team to align to budgets and project timescales.

To manage weekly design meetings.

To coordinate with the Master developer where required.

To ensure the assets meet all building codes including City Framework standards and other standards required by federations.
- To keep abreast of any changing codes and ensure they are adopted.
- To ensure the consultants meet their deliverables as per the contract.

To review all drawings / deliverables and approve or comment as required using the CRS process
Requirements-
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

At least 7-15 years of professional experience in architectural design, with significant experience in sports facility design.

Strong knowledge of sports architecture requirements, including stadiums, arenas, and related infrastructure.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and other relevant tools.

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage complex projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working within the Middle East region is preferred.

Deep understanding of sustainable design principles and building codes.
