Page is seeking to hire a Senior Manager of Digital Experience & Insights. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Vice President of Membership & Brand Experience. The role is expected to travel approximately 3–5 times annually, primarily for Page and other industry events.

The Senior Manager of Digital Experience & Insights supports the strategy, integration, and optimization of Page’s digital ecosystem to deliver a seamless and personalized member and brand experience. This leader oversees the website, mobile app, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics, while also supporting the development of Page’s AI-enabled platforms. They ensure that every digital touchpoint aligns with member needs, brand standards, and data-driven insights.

The role also plays a key part in experimentation, AI implementation, and cross-team collaboration to enable a more intelligent, responsive digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Platforms

  • Support the continued growth of Page’s digital experience ecosystem: website, app, CRM, email automation, and analytics.
  • Coordinate user experience optimization to ensure a cohesive brand and member experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage day-to-day SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve Page’s digital discoverability and ensure content is optimized for both traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.
  • Manage platform integrations across systems (e.g., event registration, AMS, payment tools).

Content & Experience

  • Collaborate with Comms, Membership, and TL/PD teams to improve content discoverability, personalization, and delivery.
  • Contribute to digital platform governance, accessibility, and user-centered design.

AI & Innovation

  • Partner with the Operations/Data team on the design and implementation of AI tools (e.g., member agents, personalization engines, tagging systems).
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, generative content support, predictive analytics) that enhance member journeys and staff efficiency
  • Support the development of guidelines for ethical AI use in content delivery, personalization, and engagement, ensuring alignment with Page’s corporate character and values
  • Contribute to AI content classification and automation frameworks with internal and external collaborators.
  • Stay current on martech, AI, and digital experience business trends and thought leadership discussions to guide organizational innovation.

Measurement & Insights

  • Supports the definition and tracking of metrics related to digital engagement, content performance, and user behavior.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that integrate SEO, GEO, and engagement analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for improved digital experience.

Management

  • Supervise digital vendors, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
  • Manage and develop the Digital Engagement & Automation Associate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, marketing technology, or digital member engagement, ideally within an association, nonprofit, or professional services environment
  • Strong expertise in CRM and AMS systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, MemberSuite and others), marketing automation, and digital content platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in user experience design, personalization, and accessibility.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in content delivery, tagging, or member engagement.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM and familiarity with emerging practices in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Experience applying AI tools to member experience, personalization, or content delivery, with an understanding of ethical considerations.
  • Advanced skills in digital analytics and data visualization (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with app developer tools and platforms through Apple Store and/or Google Play.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Understanding of data privacy, GDPR, and cybersecurity best practices in a digital ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and platform integrations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across functional teams and with external partners.
  • Experience supervising staff and/or managing contractors.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED240,000.00 per year
