Senior Manager Digital Marketing

The Senior Manager Digital Marketing designs and executes comprehensive marketing and business development strategies for Medcare MSO. The Senior Manager Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. This role requires a data-driven, innovative leader who can leverage digital channels, optimize marketing campaigns, and align digital strategies with overall business objectives.

Location: 5T, 5th Avenue Plaza, Block T Gulberg 2, Lahore


Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Oversee Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, retargeting strategies, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Implement advanced audience targeting techniques, including lookalike audiences and remarketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Oversee website optimization efforts, ensuring enhanced user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive leads for all products and service offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and other performance metrics.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance customer journey mapping.
  • Continuously A/B test and optimize digital campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Develop and oversee digital branding strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
  • Build brand authority through thought leadership content and industry partnerships.
  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Implement AI-driven marketing automation tools to enhance personalization and engagement.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance digital assets and website functionality.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Forecast digital marketing performance and align financial planning with strategic goals.
  • Identify cost-effective marketing opportunities and optimize spending across channels.


Qualifications & Skills


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in digital growth marketing, lead generation, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Experience in the healthcare, SaaS, IT, or tech industry is a must.


Technical & Marketing Skills

  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies and retention marketing techniques.
