ROLE PROFILE

  • Develop and implement a tailored retention strategy to strengthen the sense of purpose and belonging among Emirati employees and support their long-term commitment.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience by designing inclusive programs that align with Emirati needs and reduce early-stage attrition.
  • Design targeted learning and career development initiatives that support the growth of Emirati talent and align with their professional aspirations.
  • Lead engagement and recognition efforts to build strong relationships, foster community, and celebrate contributions to the Emiratization agenda.
  • Implement structured graduate programs to support the successful integration and career growth of young Emirati professionals.
  • Promote cultural awareness across all teams to reduce cultural gaps, encourage inclusion, and create a collaborative work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a bachelor s degree in a relevant field with 8 10 years of experience in HR, consulting, or organizational development, preferably with a focus on retention and engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in people analytics, program development, and strategic execution aligned with Emiratization and workforce planning.
  • Bring excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Apply strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to manage complex projects, drive cultural alignment, and support talent development initiatives.
