Senior Manager Finance

Office Automation Services is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Finance to lead our financial planning, management, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company through effective budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while providing insightful analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS, Companies Act 2017, and local laws and regulations
• Lead overall financial strategy, cash flow, and capital management.
• Prepare monthly financial & management reports and analysis, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.
• Conduct internal audits, risk management, and ensure legal & statutory compliance and reporting requirements
• Manage international transactions, FX risk
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulators.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, driving accountability and efficiency.

Job Specification

• Education: MBA (Finance), ACCA, ACA or ACMA
• Experience: 10 to 12 years (Preferably in a Software / IT Services Company).

Competencies: Accounting and financial Reporting / Management, Corporate Laws & Regulations, Taxation & Legal Compliance, EPR System, Financial Dashboards, International Finance, AML/FATF, Trade Compliance, Leadership, Strategic Planning & Decision Making.
