About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Finance Controllership (Procure-to-Pay & Inventory) to lead end-to-end controllership and ensure accurate, compliant, and audit-ready financials. The ideal candidate must come from an e-commerce environment with strong exposure to high-volume inventory and P2P processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive controllership outcomes across P2P & Inventory accounting including provisions, valuation, aging analysis & provisioning.
• Own month-end close with robust reconciliations & minimal post-close adjustments.
• Review & approve provisions, accruals, journals ensuring balance sheet integrity.
• Validate inventory movements, valuation logic & COGS / margin accuracy.
• Partner with business finance & operations to bridge operational numbers with books and resolve variances.
• Act as SPOC for P2P & inventory matters across finance, supply chain, procurement & tech.
• Lead internal/statutory audits with strong documentation & governance controls.
• Mentor junior CAs and strengthen controllership capability within the team.
• Drive process standardization, automation & SOP implementation for better close timelines and control.

Mandatory Requirements

✔ CA qualification
✔ E-commerce domain experience — MANDATORY
✔ Hands-on experience in P2P & Inventory controllership
✔ Strong understanding of IND-AS, audit compliance & balance sheet controls
✔ ERP experience: SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Dynamics or similar
