- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact collaborations with celebrities, cultural figures, and brands that align with Huda Beauty s disruptive, inclusive, and community-first vision.
- Build and nurture a strong international network of agents, talent managers, and brand representatives.
- Partner with leadership to define the global collaboration roadmap from categories to creative direction to market impact.
2. End-to-End Management
- Lead all phases of the partnership lifecycle: ideation, negotiation, contracting, co-creation, production, and global rollout.
- Drive the legal process with internal counsel ensuring all agreements, IP rights, content usage, and commercial terms are aligned with brand and business objectives, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Communications, Social, Marketing, and Legal to ensure seamless execution.
3. Creative & Cultural Leadership
- Stay ahead of cultural shifts across fashion, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and reality TV translating emerging trends into collaboration opportunities.
- Spot and champion unexpected voices and universes (e.g. music, baking, craftsmanship) that resonate with our community.
- Act as a brand ambassador externally, representing Huda Beauty with authenticity and creative conviction.
4. Performance & Impact
- Define KPIs for each partnership and track performance across awareness, engagement, and media value.
- Translate learnings and insights into future strategies, ensuring that each collaboration builds long-term brand equity.
- Benchmark Huda Beauty s partnerships against leading players and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
