Job Description – Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager – HR (Generalist)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager (HR Generalist) for the Nagpur location. The ideal candidate should bring well-rounded HR expertise, particularly in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. This role is critical in supporting a growing real estate business and ensuring smooth people processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based roles.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Oversee induction & onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
- Maintain healthy workplace relations across office and site staff.
- Coordinate goal-setting and appraisal cycles.
- Support implementation of KRAs/KPIs for different functions.
- Provide data and reports for performance review discussions.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with finance team.
- Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws).
- Policy & Process Implementation
- Support in drafting and implementing HR policies.
- Ensure adherence to HR systems, processes, and legal requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist role (experience in real estate/construction preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labor laws, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders (office & site staff).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
