Qualification & Experience
- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and business partnering functions
- Align HR strategies with overall business objectives and organizational goals
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
- Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior management
