As the HR Operations Manager, you will lead the backbone of our people engine—overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence across payroll, compliance, benefits, HR help-desk, vendor management, and governance. You will lead a small team and drive process rigour, automation, and reporting.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding exit) with high-quality SLAs.
- Oversee Payroll, compliance, benefits, and HR documentation in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Run the Employee Help-desk and drive resolution efficiency and service excellence.
- Own HR governance, policy adherence, process audits & hygiene.
- Manage and evaluate HR vendors—payroll partners, background verification, insurance, etc.
- Deliver people analytics & dashboards using Google Sheets and HR systems.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardisation.
- Lead and mentor a sharp & lean HR Ops team.
- Strong understanding of HR Ops in a high-growth / multi-business setup.
- Hands-on mindset with comfort managing high operational volumes.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong with data reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management & execution discipline.
Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, with 2-4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, policy development, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in driving process improvements and change management initiatives.
