The Opportunity:

This isn't just an influencer job. It's your chance to architect the entire influencer function for a brand on fire. You'll define what influencer marketing means at NOYZ – from paid talent to gifted creators, from community activations to cultural moments. What You'll Do:

  • Build the Engine: Own the end-to-end influencer program — paid partnerships, gifting, content collaborations and surprise-and-delight moments.
  • Spot Talent First: Be two steps ahead, finding creators, tastemakers and under-the-radar voices who feel like NOYZ.
  • Lead Campaign Execution: Build briefs, manage deliverables and keep content on-brand and on time.
  • Collaborate with Celebrity Talent: Partner with our VP of Celebrity Talent to negotiate smart, creative-first content deals that drive impact.
  • Build Scale through Social Commerce: cultivate relationships with top converting creators, and drive sales to DTC via a leading affiliate program, scalable seeding and content creation. (ShopMy, TikTok Shop, etc)
  • Marry Influence with Community: Bring our people into the brand, supporting UGC, amplifying fans, and co-creating with the real ones.
  • Own Reporting & Insights: Measure performance, track KPIs, analyze what's working, and use it to shape what's next.
  • Keep It All Moving: Run the content calendar, manage production timelines, curate content for use across brand channels, and make the machine hum.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and scale NOYZ's influencer, creator and community programming
  • Develop campaign briefs, negotiate talent contracts, and manage all influencer content
  • Collaborate with our internal Community Lead to spotlight fans and turn our community into creators; lead UGC program to create high performing content for use across NOYZ channels
  • Track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and make recommendations for optimization
  • Partner with Social, DTC, and Creative to ensure a seamless storytelling arc across platforms
  • Identify trends and build talent pipelines that position NOYZ ahead of culture
  • Support product launches, events, seeding moments, and collabs with standout creator activations
  • Manage execution of influencer and community-centric events, including curation of guests, production, and 360 promotion

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in-house at a culturally relevant beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brand
  • A deep, personal obsession with emerging talent and internet culture
  • Sharp instincts for who's about to blow up (and why)
  • Experience negotiating influencer contracts, briefing creators, and driving killer content
  • Ability to see both the big picture and the tiny detail
  • Data fluency — you're just as comfortable pulling KPIs as you are pitching big ideas
  • A collaborative mindset and cool head under pressure
  • Copy chops — you can brief and communicate in a way that gets creators excited to work with us
  • A reputation for being scrappy, resourceful, and a little rebellious
  • A love for fragrance, fashion, beauty, music, or all of the above

Salary Range: $130k to $140k annually
