Our Team

As one of the GCC’s leading Infrastructure & Real Estate (IRE) advisory teams, our IRE practitioners are deeply active in privatisation programs, from program initiation and planning, through project definition, procurement, and financing. We are also involved in lead financial advisory services on government procurement and bidder side advisory on PPP and project finance transactions.

We support the improvement of the performance of government agencies involved in public service delivery. We do this through the provision of financial and commercial advice, from commercial strategy through contracting, contract restructuring and termination.

Our teams work with the owners of many of the region’s major infrastructure assets and government property estates, providing advisory services on asset portfolio strategies, value realization and commercialisation. We support client use asset recycling as an alternative funding strategy, and the identification and execution of investment options for private sector investors.

During your tenure as a Senior Manager in Infrastructure & Real Estate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related field
• A recognised accountancy or relevant financial qualification
• 5-10+ years of experience in financial consulting within the government, a private sector bidder or another advisory firm working on one or more of: PPP, project finance, outsourcing, or similar service contracts
• Expertise in the funding and financing of major projects, gained from either working within government or as an adviser
• An excellent understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of government infrastructure and/or service contracts
• Experience of working with financial models, government business cases and strategy development
• Experience of designing and building complex financial models; business case and/or report writing
• An understanding of public sector procurement procedures
• A track record of successful business development and originating new business in an advisory context
• Experience of working with contractual documentation for government infrastructure and/or service contracts
• Ability to multi-task and appreciation of the commitments to working within an advisory practice
• A logical and methodical approach to problem solving, with an ability to think laterally
• Good project management skills and an understanding of governance requirements and risks
• Demonstrate strong team leadership skills and the ability to manage team members deliver projects
• Dedication to delivering quality results
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels of management
• Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
