Senior Manager Internal Audit

Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a qualified individual for the position of "Senior Manager Internal Audit" in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience, with a preference for those with a background in the Real Estate Sector.

**Role Description:**This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore, focusing on overseeing financial audits, internal controls, and ensuring financial regulatory compliance. The Senior Manager Internal Audit will analyze financial data, generate reports, and offer recommendations to enhance financial processes.

**Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments.- Lead audits covering various aspects such as real estate project development, land acquisition, procurement, sales, collections, and finance.- Evaluate internal controls, governance processes, and compliance with local regulations.- Conduct fraud risk assessments and manage investigations as required.- Present audit findings and recommendations to the CFO, CEO, and Audit Committee.- Ensure resolution and closure of audit issues.- Mentor and guide the internal audit team, focusing on performance management and development.

**Qualifications:**- Qualified Chartered Accountant (C.A) preferred.- 10–12 years of internal audit experience, with a preference for real estate, construction, or conglomerate backgrounds.- Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk management frameworks (COSO), and internal controls.- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.- Familiarity with compliance, tax, and regulatory frameworks in Pakistan.- Strong skills in report writing, communication, and stakeholder management.- Excellent analytical abilities for data evaluation and interpretation.- Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles.- Experience with Internal Controls and compliance procedures.- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
