About the Role:


As the Senior Manager – IT (Real Estate), you will be the key liaison between our Real Estate business and Central IT. Your mission? To coordinate new digital initiatives specific to the Real Estate operations (Sales, Leasing, Facilities, Customer Service, and Finance) and ensure seamless integration of such initiatives, systems, and support services that align with our operational and strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact between Real Estate and Central IT.
  • Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Support ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and property management system rollouts.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Ensure adherence to Group IT security, data privacy, and compliance policies.
  • Coordinate with Central IT and Procurement for vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and provide tailored solutions.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital transformation, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Generative AI or low-code platforms (e.g., Oracle APEX, N8N) are desirable.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT and digital roles, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in Real Estate development, property management, or facilities management industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience coordinating with centralized IT or shared service functions.


Skills:


  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Knowledge of property management and facility management systems.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify business needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
