Senior Manager – Legal Services (LPO)

Qualifications & Experience

• LL.B. (mandatory) from a recognized law school; LL.M. in Business Laws preferred.
• 15 years in legal services, with at least 10+ years in a supervisory/client-facing role in an LPO or corporate legal setup.
• Exposure to U.S., U.K., or other common law jurisdictions preferred.
• Proven expertise in contract analysis, litigation support, and compliance.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong drafting, research, and interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Familiarity with contract management platforms (Icertis, DocuSign CLM, etc.), review tools (Relativity, Everlaw), and case management systems (Clio, ActionStep, Practice Panther).
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to lead teams, handle multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
• High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
