Key purpose of the job:
This role is responsible for
strategizing, planning, and executing all brand and marketing communication programs
across defined geographies. The objective is to
build brand equity
, craft immersive brand experiences, and generate qualified demand for real estate projects through effective marketing activations, walkthroughs, and collaterals.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic

Create and drive the overall marketing strategy for corporate brand and individual projects.

Develop media plans to increase project visibility and reach among the relevant TG.

Conceptualize and execute public relations and influencer engagement plans for consistent brand narrative.

Build a differentiated brand positioning through storytelling and customer-centric messaging.

Translate consumer insights and competitor analysis into actionable branding opportunities.
Operational
-
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to understand local micro-market trends and customer aspirations.

Conceptualize and manage project-level walkthroughs (e.g. sample flat walkthroughs, 3D site tours, virtual walkthroughs, project films, and digital show suites).

Develop and produce end-to-end marketing collaterals:

Project brochures, leaflets, coffee table books

Video teasers, testimonials, drone shots, AVs

Digital creatives, microsites, e-mailers, social media banners
-
Physical collaterals: hoardings, signages, standees, model flat branding, site office décor

Collaborate with agencies to design immersive site branding and launch experiences, ensuring the brand story is felt right from first touchpoint to transaction.

Plan, manage and execute all ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns, including events, promotions, media buys, hoardings, email marketing, etc.

Own and deliver high-impact on-ground activation strategies for new project launches, handovers, milestone celebrations, etc.

Track and optimize the marketing funnel, measure ROI on each campaign and report performance with dashboards.

Plan and execute photo & video shoots to enhance brand imagery and asset library.

Create compelling project walkthrough scripts, voiceovers, and experiential storytelling elements.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely production of all collaterals and event setups.

Preferred Profile & Competencies
-
MBA in Marketing / Communications with 6–10 years of experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or consumer brand marketing
-
Experience in handling 360° marketing campaigns and working with multiple agencies

Strong creative eye with an understanding of visual storytelling, walkthrough scripting, brand voice, and tone

Excellent communication and project management skills
