Senior Manager, Marketing (708)

Job Purpose

Responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role plays a key part in aligning marketing efforts with organizational objectives, managing cross-functional campaigns, and providing strategic leadership across all marketing functions.

Key Accountabilities

Generic Accountabilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Drive the creation of data-driven marketing strategies that support business growth and long-term brand equity.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align marketing objectives with overall company strategy.

Policies, Systems, and Procedures

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient marketing workflows, systems, and processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Design and implement integrated marketing plans that encompass digital, offline, and experiential channels.
  • Set strategic direction for all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Brand Management & Positioning

  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure marketing efforts reinforce the brand identity and core messaging.
  • Lead efforts to enhance market perception, differentiation, and emotional connection with target audiences.

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on insights and analytics.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are maximized from a cost efficiency perspective (optimize CTR, minimize cost per impressions, maximize % reach, etc)

Customer Insights & Market Research

  • Leverage data and insights to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market segmentation, and trend monitoring to inform strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Digital, and Corporate Communication teams to deliver integrated marketing outcomes.
  • Align marketing strategies with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Budget Management

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the annual marketing budget.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Select and manage external marketing agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.
  • Monitor quality, timelines, and deliverables to ensure brand and business alignment.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Define KPIs and track marketing effectiveness using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Present insights and performance reports to senior leadership, recommending continuous improvement initiatives.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on emerging marketing trends, platforms, and technologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and test-and-learn to drive continuous marketing evolution.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by leadership to support organizational goals.
  • Adapt strategies and campaigns in response to evolving market, brand, and customer needs.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
