Senior Manager, Marketing Platforms and Enablement

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Marketing Platforms and Enablement to lead the development, integration, and optimization of marketing technology solutions that drive impactful multichannel marketing campaigns. In this role, you will harness your expertise in marketing automation, data analysis, and digital marketing tools to empower our marketing teams with innovative platforms, streamline processes, and enhance lead generation efforts. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our marketing technology ecosystem to deliver personalized customer experiences and measurable results.

Duties

  • Lead the strategy, implementation, and management of marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and other related tools to support multichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the integration of various systems including Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, SQL databases, HTML/CSS coding for campaign customization, and JavaScript enhancements to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Develop attribution modeling frameworks and data analysis techniques to measure campaign effectiveness across channels like email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable workflows for lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the ongoing optimization of marketing automation processes by analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements based on insights derived from tools like Google Analytics and CRM analytics.
  • Provide technical guidance and enablement training for marketing staff on platform capabilities, best practices in digital marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in B2B marketing technology to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our competitive edge.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms including Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot; proficiency in integrating these tools within complex ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies encompassing email campaigns, digital advertising, social media outreach, and content distribution.
  • Technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for customizing campaign assets and enhancing platform functionalities.
  • Solid understanding of SQL for querying databases and extracting actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Expertise in attribution modeling techniques to accurately measure channel contributions and optimize ROI.
  • Proven ability in leveraging analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking user behavior and campaign performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce CRM integrated with marketing platforms to facilitate lead management and customer segmentation.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
