Ascend Wellness Holdings ("AWH") is seeking a hands-on, strategic, and customer-obsessed Senior Manager, eCommerce Digital Merchandising to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital merchandising strategies across Ascend's omnichannel platforms. This is a working leader role deeply involved in day-to-day execution while setting the long-term vision and strategy for how customers discover, shop, and connect with Ascend online.
The Senior Manager is in the paint translating brand and commercial objectives into high-impact digital experiences that drive conversion, basket size, and loyalty. This leader combines data-driven insight with creative storytelling to ensure every product, promotion, and page reinforces Ascend's brand promise and deepens customer connection. The Sr. Manager oversees the digital assortment, merchandising calendar, and promotional strategy across Ascend's eCommerce ecosystem, aligning digital execution with retail initiatives, customer needs, and measurable KPIs.
Location: Remote with preference to candidates who reside in or near our states of operation. (IL, MI, OH, PA, NJ, MA, MD)
