Senior Manager, Package Design Adaptation is a hybrid role combining strategic design thinking with a strong interest, curiosity and demonstrated skill in tech/AI/automation that will establish a new way of working. A willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve alongside emerging AI technologies is essential.
In this strategic hands-on design role, you will apply a system mindset to solve design challenges that deliver on the brief and fit within the established brand standards. The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted internal partner, translating business and marketing needs into scalable designs for the brand and portfolio.
The primary objective of this role is to bring select packaging design projects in-house. An objective of this role is to help elevate Coca-Cola’s design capabilities through the thoughtful adoption and use of AI-powered design tools.
This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented graphic designer with deep Adobe Creative Suite expertise, strong production design experience, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, attend print tests, select and manage color, and continuously refine workflows as new AI tools are introduced internally.
Experience with 3D design and animation is a strong plus, but the core focus of this role is packaging development and production design.

Pay Range:
$139,600 - $157,900Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
