Senior Manager, Press, VIP, & Partnerships

The Role

We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate Senior Manager, Press, VIP, & Partnerships to be an integral part of the PR & Advocacy team in North America. They will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities and execution of PR programs. This person will assist the team in getting press coverage, organizing events, generating engagement, building a community of advocates, inspiring product trial and increased awareness to make Charlotte Tilbury the most loved beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives

• Work alongside the AVP of the department to develop, implement and quantify results for the Press, Talent & Partnerships strategy for the North American region
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of reporting documents to senior leadership both in-region and globally
• Work collaboratively with our Global Comms partners on the 360 Press, VIP and Partnerships strategy in-region, ensuring excellence across all regional touchpoints
• Help manage junior members of the team including the Press/Talent/Partnerships Coordinator and internship program

Agency and Events

• Support on all red carpet initiatives in the region (including but not limited to press release distribution, makeup artist send outs, VIP gifting)
• Support on all Press/VIP eventing in-region (including but not limited to launch events, Tilbury In-Market Trips, and more)
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for our agency of record, Alison Brod Marketing and Communications

Mailer and Gifting

• Lead on Press and talent-oriented gifting (including but not limited to campaign launches, core support, and retailer initiatives)
• Lead all VIP gifting in close partnership with AVP and Global Talent partners

Collaboration and Partnerships

• Align with Marketing regarding all campaigns and seamlessly collaborate with cross functional teams to enable agile, effective execution of programs and brand priorities
• Build strong working relationships with talent agencies/Agents, Influencer networks and vendors

Reporting Relationships - Reporting to AVP, Influencer, Press VIP, & Partnerships

Requirements

Key Selection Criteria

• • 7+ years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Influencer/Advocacy relations
  • Passion for new technologies, brand development, and storytelling
  • Luxury and/or Beauty experience
  • Thrives in a highly entrepreneurial environment with an all-hands-on-deck attitude
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a network of peers, partners, and industry contacts
  • Deep understanding of the social media mechanics and performance marketing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit
  • Experience in digital analytics and social listening tools, measuring campaign ROI and metrics that support overall Influencer strategy
  • Strong technical skills including MS Office, PowerPoint, social platforms existing and new, and tools including Traackr
  • Excellent presentation and written + verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate flawless attention to detail while juggling multiple projects at one time
  • Being a team player is of the utmost importance in a highly collaborative environment

Benefits

Base Salary Range - $125,000-140,000
