We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Delivery Manager to join our leading real estate development company in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-rise development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full project delivery lifecycle, managing all phases from planning, design, approvals, execution, and handover.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across UAE municipalities.

- Manage contracts, negotiations, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth project execution.

- Implement and monitor project controls, risk management strategies, and progress reporting systems.

- Drive resolution of issues and provide strategic solutions to meet project objectives.

- Oversee handover processes and ensure seamless transition to facilities management teams.

- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure project approvals and compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience with a reputed real estate developer in the UAE.

- Extensive experience in delivering high-rise developments and large-scale projects.

- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, and approval processes.

- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
