We are looking for a strategic sales with proven expertise of scaling businesses in a geography with extensive experience of technology and solution selling to large enterprises. The individual would be expected to lead Capillary’s sales efforts across the KSA region while covering nearby markets.

In this role, the individual will also need to build a network of senior loyalty professionals, decision
makers and influencers within each of the target markets. Any prior experience engaging with similar personas or an understanding of the loyalty or martech domains will be a plus.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role would include:
  • Acquire new logos and drive revenue from enterprise customers
  • Evangelize and drive adoption for Capillaryʼs Loyalty and Customer Engagement solutions
  • Build and manage sales pipeline working closely with the marketing team and partners
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying the leads to closing the sale
  • Understanding of the customersʼ business challenges and effectively articulate how Capillaryʼs
  • solutions can add value
  • Track key competitors and provide effective market intelligence & visibility of market trends to Capillary’s senior leadership team
  • An excellent team player to orchestrate effective collaboration between all teams

Job Requirement

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years of experience in selling technology solutions to large enterprises
  • Experience of SaaS selling and selling loyalty solutions would be a significant plus
  • Experience of selling to enterprises across KSA and neighbouring countries will be an advantage.
  • Proven record of driving results in a goal oriented & accountable sales environment
  • Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and at times, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to converse at any level within the customer organization (CXO/ Business/Department Heads)
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set with a clear bias for action
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region
  • Graduate with preferably an MBA from a top ranked institution
