Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis for solar PV manufacturing.
Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Support development of short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new projects, capacity expansions, and technology upgrades.
Evaluate policy and regulatory impacts on business operations.

Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executable and aligned.
Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights and presentations.

Track KPIs for strategic projects and provide regular updates to senior management.
Recommend corrective actions based on performance analysis.

Explore emerging technologies in solar PV, storage, and green hydrogen relevant to manufacturing.
Contribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG compliance strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA or equivalent in Strategy, Finance, or Operations; Engineering background preferred.
Experience: 5 - 8 years in strategy, consulting, or business analysis (preferably in renewable energy or manufacturing).
