Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Strategy & Execution (B2B) reporting to the Director – Strategy & Execution . The role holder will be responsible for supporting operational excellence and efficiency initiatives across business functions including Development, Contracts and Control, Procurement, Supply Chain, Land Bank Management, and Shared Services. The role contributes to the full lifecycle of transformation programmes that includes assisting in opportunity identification, preparing use cases, coordinating implementation activities, and tracking value realisation. The role holder will be expected to support data-driven decision-making and helps embed sustainable business transformation practices across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

Business analysis & opportunity identification

  • Support enterprise-wide assessments by gathering data, analysing trends, and preparing reports to highlight AI-enabled and transformation opportunities.
  • Assist in the identification, prioritisation, and validation of use cases that address cost, risk, efficiency, and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate with external AI partners and internal technology teams on pilots and proof-of-concepts, documenting outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Prepare draft business cases, value realisation frameworks, and presentations to support investment and roadmap decisions.
  • Conduct industry research and benchmarking, compiling insights to inform performance standards
  • and best practice adoption.


Programme delivery & management

  • Provide day-to-day support in the mobilisation and delivery of transformation programmes, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain programme documentation, dashboards, and governance packs to monitor programme health and progress.
  • Coordinate activities across business, technology, finance, and operations teams, ensuring smooth information flow in a matrixed environment.
  • Apply project management and change management methodologies to support delivery quality and adoption.


Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Prepare materials for executive briefings, stakeholder workshops, and steering committees.
  • Capture feedback, track actions, and follow up with stakeholders to maintain alignment on programme objectives.
  • Support communication efforts by simplifying technical information into practical, actionable updates.
  • Assist with organisational readiness initiatives, training sessions, and capability-building activities during change programmes.


Data-Enabled Business Solutions

  • Work with the enterprise data platform and analytics teams to collect and interpret data, highlighting opportunities for improvement
  • Track and report on real estate-specific performance metrics (e.g., occupancy, yields, lifecycle costs) to link outcomes with business performance
  • Document business requirements and ensure they are communicated clearly to technology and operations teams for implementation
  • Support adoption of technology solutions by monitoring compliance, usability, and operational integration.
  • Assist in embedding change management practices and project management tools to strengthen adoption and benefit realisation.


Who we are looking for:

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in business transformation, programme delivery, operations management, or consulting, with a strong background in process optimisation and execution
  • Exposure to real estate development, land bank management, shared services, infrastructure, or construction, with demonstrated ability to apply commercial and operational insights to projects
  • Hands-on experience contributing to AI-enabled and data-driven transformation initiatives, with focus on implementation support, performance monitoring, and measurable business outcomes (preferred).


Education / Professional Certifications:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Real Estate, Strategy, or Data Analytics) from a recognised institution.


Technical Competencies:

  • Skilled in working within multi-disciplinary, matrixed teams, coordinating across business, technology, and operations, and engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure delivery of objectives
  • Ability to manage large scale project(s), including governance pack preparation, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and reporting to support decision-making
  • Ability to support large-scale transformation projects within real estate, land management, logistics, and/or shared services, with a focus on execution and delivery
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams, prepare clear reports, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Palantir Foundry, ArcGIS, Oracle P6, Oracle Unifier, Oracle Aconex, ServiceNow, or Maximo is an advantage
