Job Description:
Provident Real Estate is seeking a
Performance & Sales Optimization Manager
to ensure consistent alignment of sales targets with achievements across all departments. The role requires a balance of
data-driven analysis, performance oversight, and leadership support
, working closely with Sales Managers, Department Heads, HR, Finance, L&D, and the Group CEO.
The successful candidate will track KPIs, evaluate management activities, raise red flags where necessary, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales performance. This position is both analytical and strategic, with accountability for driving performance discipline across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
-Performance Tracking & Analysis

Monitor sales targets vs. achievements at company, department, and individual levels.

Conduct detailed KPI analysis, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, lead meetings to present results, and align action steps with senior management.
-Accountability & Action Planning

Support Sales Managers and Department Heads in creating action plans to close performance gaps.

Facilitate performance review sessions, document agreed actions, and ensure thorough follow-up until completion.

Provide recommendations for performance improvement, including corrective actions or terminations if necessary.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales Managers, Department Heads, HR, Finance, and the Group CEO to align performance with business objectives.

Partner with the L&D team to ensure organizational initiatives are aligned with performance needs.
-Risk & Flagging

Raise early warnings where sales activities are misaligned with company goals.

Provide data-backed recommendations to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with standards.
-Key Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

5+ years’ proven experience in
sales performance management, business analytics, or operations
within real estate or a performance-driven industry.

Strong expertise in
data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
(Excel, CRM, BI tools).

Excellent
communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management
skills.

Ability to hold managers accountable while remaining supportive and solution-oriented.

with the ability to lead confidently while fostering positive relationships.

Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic recommendations.

Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
