Enterprise Product & Consumer Experience
- Support the definition and rollout of the product and AI vision by coordinating requirements across business verticals such as hospitality, entertainment, real estate, and community management.
- Assist in the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at cross-brand engagement, retention, and lifetime value, with a focus on execution of personalization, loyalty, and upsell activities.
- Conduct research, prepare business cases, and validate use cases by gathering data, benchmarking competitors, and preparing presentations for leadership decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and prepare recommendations to enable benchmarking.
Cross-Brand Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
- Coordinate with business units to align project deliverables with group-wide ambitions, ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured and addressed
- Provide operational support for steering committees, workshops, and planning sessions, including logistics, data preparation, and documentation of outcomes
- Apply project management tools and change management methodologies to support smooth implementation and business adoption
- Prepare reports and communication materials to highlight the progress and impact of group-wide product and data initiatives
AI & Data Innovation Leadership
- Manage assigned elements of AI- and data-powered products (e.g., loyalty programs, predictive guest experience engines, content recommendation tools etc.,) by gathering requirements, documenting features, and supporting testing
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure integration activities, data flows, and platform configurations are delivered accurately and on time
- Monitor compliance, quality, and usability standards, escalating risks or issues to senior leadership when required
Program Management
- Support roadmap execution by tracking milestones, preparing KPI dashboards, and reporting adoption and performance metrics.
- Run A/B testing, collect analytics, and prepare insights to guide enhancements and investment decisions
- Identify underperforming features or processes through data review and propose improvement opportunities for leadership consideration.
- Document lessons learned and facilitate knowledge sharing across brands and teams.
